Get to know us

NashTech is people. Long-term client relationships define us and that’s because we believe that people matter and results count.

This is an attitude that distinguishes each NashTech employee and brings us together as an international family.

Our vision

NashTech will actively participate in creating a positive future for our clients. To be a partner, not just a provider and unlock business potential through technology and talent.

We will fulfil our obligation of building a better, stronger company for future generations, growing the NashTech brand, developing our people, helping improve communities and meeting our commitment to stakeholders.

Our ambition is to build a technology company that positively affects people’s lives.

Our approach

We don’t just build it for you.

We build it with you.

When it comes to our clients, consider ourselves an extension of your team, aligning ourselves with your business mission, values, culture and processes. Transparency and communication are key to the success of long-term, productive partnerships - so we always build trusting relationships where questions and issues are addressed openly and directly.

Our history

Agile then and more so now

NashTech's vision to create a company driven to provide an exceptional, unrivalled level of service means we set out to hire the best and brightest minds in the industry.

We opened our first development centre in Hanoi and have grown organically to become the largest foreign-owned technology solutions company in Vietnam.

A lot has changed in the IT and applications scene since NashTech was founded, we've seen it all!

Why NashTech

Long-term client relationships define us

Our collaborative approach means we gain a thorough understanding of your vision, values, challenges and objectives.

Solutions, not just services

You can expect outcomes and business results from our partnership that redefine the traditional notion of partnership.

World-class quality standards, people and technologies

You get access to exceptional technical ability from an international team combined with clear, consistent communication and rigorous governance.

Big enough to scale, small enough to care

As a midsize company of nearly 2000 staff, we have the focus and speed of the small outsourcing companies with the scalability and expertise of the big ones.

Why Vietnam

Stability and growth are important drivers

As a British business, we’ve enjoyed over 20 years of success working from our offshore development centres in Vietnam and pride ourselves on our Vietnamese heritage.

Vietnam has a stable government that’s highly supportive of technological growth. Economic growth is currently higher than China, India, and most other ASEAN nations. Supporting this growth is a robust infrastructure and extremely high level of education.

Staff retention rates are higher than other popular offshoring destinations such as India. This is in part due to the Vietnamese culture, which is based around Confucianism, a system of thoughts and beliefs that value family and social harmony. This means you get talented, loyal people who are in for the long haul, maximising productivity and value.
