Natalie Whittlesey — Client Community Director
Natalie brings extensive experience in client engagement, executive search, and technology leadership advisory, partnering with organisations ranging from scale-ups to FTSE 100 companies across various industries. She has a strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior technology leaders and delivering impactful talent and advisory programmes.
Before NashTech, Natalie held senior roles at The IN Group, Korn Ferry, and Harvey Nash, where she led technology leadership practices and executed strategic initiatives for global clients. She is a passionate contributor to industry discussions, authoring C-suite insights and hosting executive events and panel discussions.
Thomas Pointer — Senior Technology Consultant
Thomas brings over 18 years’ experience delivering thought leadership, consultancy and professional services to global organisations. He specialises in Low Code, Intelligent Automation and the application of AI to transform business processes, with a proven track record helping clients design, scale and govern cutting-edge solutions.
Before joining NashTech, Tom held senior technology leadership roles at Capita, Kainos and ISG, leading major automation and AI programmes across finance, public sector, healthcare, logistics and retail. He has contributed to award-winning projects, including Microsoft’s UK Services Partner of the Year and UiPath’s Growth Products Partner of the Year.
Andrew Bremner — Senior Presales Consultant
An accomplished Solutions Architect and presales consultant, Andrew helps clients move from idea to impact through sharp solution design, rigorous bid strategy and pragmatic deal shaping. With 20+ years’ technical and consulting experience, he bridges conversations from non-technical C-suite to hyper-technical engineering teams, ensuring value is clearly articulated and reliably delivered.
Before joining NashTech, Andrew held roles at Graia, Geomant and Accent Group, leading programmes that aligned business goals with scalable, resilient architectures. In presales, he focuses on tightening our value narrative, de-risking complex engagements and assembling the right delivery model from day one.
Brendan Peterson — Client Director, US
Brendan leads NashTech’s US business development, partnering with enterprises to solve complex challenges through custom software engineering and digital solutions. With 10+ years’ experience growing SaaS and technology services firms, he focuses on accelerating digital transformation with cost-effective, scalable teams that deliver reliably and at pace. His expertise spans modernising legacy estates into flexible, cloud-native platforms and applying AI, data and automation to reduce cost, streamline operations and unlock new growth.
Eric Erickson – Client Director, US
Eric is a seasoned client director with 20+ years’ experience in enterprise account management and digital transformation across technology, media and commerce. He has led successful business development programmes at Elevate Technology Partners and CQL, building high-performing teams and long-term client partnerships. Based in Michigan, he is passionate about driving innovation and delivering measurable results for clients.
