NashTech recognised among India's Best Workplaces™ for Women 2026

NashTech has been recognised among the Top 100 India's Best Workplaces™ for Women 2026 in the mid-size category by Great Place to Work® India, marking an important milestone for NashTech India and reflecting our continued focus on creating an inclusive workplace where people can grow and succeed.

The recognition is based on an independent assessment that combines employee feedback with an evaluation of workplace practices designed to support gender equity and inclusion. Great Place to Work® India identifies organisations that are creating positive experiences for women across different career stages and levels of the business.

For NashTech India, the recognition reflects a sustained focus on creating an environment where people can build meaningful careers, access development opportunities and feel supported throughout their journey. This is reinforced through continued investment in learning and development, leadership accessibility, employee wellbeing, flexible ways of working and initiatives that strengthen a culture of belonging.

NashTech has also been certified as a Great Place to Work® in India for six consecutive years, from 2021 to 2026.

Shelley Hawkins, Global People and Culture Director, shared; "Being recognised as one of India's Best Workplaces for Women is an achievement we're incredibly proud of because it reflects the experiences of our people.

Creating an inclusive workplace isn't about a single programme or initiative. It's about the everyday culture we build together, where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best work. While we know there is always more to do, this recognition is an encouraging reminder that we're moving in the right direction.

Thank you to all our colleagues across India who continue to shape NashTech into a place where people can grow their careers, contribute with confidence and feel a genuine sense of belonging."

This recognition follows a number of workplace culture accolades received by NashTech across its global operations, including recent recognition as one of Asia's Best Workplaces and multiple employer brand awards in key markets. Together, these achievements reflect the company's continued focus on creating a workplace culture built on trust, collaboration, learning and opportunity.

NashTech would like to thank everyone across its India business whose feedback, ideas and everyday contribution continue to shape a workplace where people can grow, contribute and thrive.
