NashTech awarded Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year

NashTech is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious "Great Place to Work" certification for the third consecutive year

One of the industry’s most coveted ‘Employer-of-Choice’ recognitions, the Great Place to Work® Certification reinforces NashTech’s standing as one of the leading global technology employers.

This achievement recognises the company’s commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported. The prestigious award is based entirely on current employees’ experience working at NashTech. This year, 82% of employees said NashTech is a great place to work, compared to just 57% at the typical U.S. company.

The certification is awarded by Great Place to Work, a global research and consulting firm that evaluates organisations based on employee feedback, as well as an assessment of the company’s policies, practices, and culture. To be certified, a company must demonstrate that it has a high-trust, high-performing culture that benefits both employees and the organisation.

“We are honored to receive this recognition for the third year in a row. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our Nashers and leadership team, who have worked together to create a positive, inclusive and diverse workplace culture.“

Vikas Hazrati, Group CTO – NashTech

“The work culture at NashTech is the prime denominator for the organisation’s success across all aspects. It manifests itself in sustaining excellence in everything we do, which also includes attracting and retaining the top talent; and driving the business success/ growth. We are committed to investing in our employees and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. As we continue to breathe in a culture of ‘continuous growth and improvement,’ we keep our prime focus on enabling, engaging, and empowering our employees to be successful professionally and personally.“

Jony Mandal, Vice President, Culture and Development
