NashTech sponsors charity golf day 2026

NashTech was proud to sponsor and attend the Boycott your Bed Charity Golf Day 2026, supporting Action for Children and its work to give children and young people across the UK safe and happy childhoods.

Held on 11 June 2026 at Darrington Golf Club in Pontefract, the event brought organisations together for a day of golf, conversation and support for an important cause.

Working together to make a difference

The Charity Golf Day provided an opportunity to connect with industry peers, strengthen relationships and contribute to positive change for children and families.

Boycott your Bed is Action for Children’s flagship fundraising event and the UK’s longest-running corporate sleepout. The campaign brings colleagues and organisations together to raise funds and awareness for children living without essentials such as warm clothing, hot meals and a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

With around four million children in the UK living in poverty, this support is urgently needed. Behind that number are children and families facing difficult choices every day, from heating their homes to putting food on the table.

Our values in action

NashTech believes technology and business should create lasting value for people, communities and the planet. Our approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibility combines innovation, transparency and a commitment to creating meaningful impact beyond our day-to-day work.

Our culture is rooted in collaboration, respect, integrity and continuous improvement. Supporting the Charity Golf Day put those values into action. By working alongside Boycott your Bed, Action for Children, DTP Group and other participating organisations, we helped strengthen the collective effort to support vulnerable children and families.

This contribution also reflects NashTech’s people-first approach. We believe that when people and organisations come together around a shared purpose, they can create positive change that reaches far beyond a single event.

Supporting children to thrive

Action for Children works to ensure that every child and young person has the foundations they need to thrive. The charity provides practical help and protection, intervenes early when families face difficult circumstances and campaigns for lasting change.

Its work includes family and mental health support, services for young carers and disabled children, help for young people at risk of homelessness, and fostering and residential care.

With more than 150 years of experience, Action for Children now operates 342 services in local communities, schools and online. In 2024/25, it supported 551,400 children, young people and families, including 484,650 families through its family support services.

Creating lasting impact together

For NashTech, responsible business means using our relationships, resources and collective energy to help build a better future. Supporting the Charity Golf Day was one more way to turn our values into action and contribute to stronger, more inclusive communities.
